Shankar Dey has been running since 2018. 

Since then, running is his regular habit. He promotes community based running, health benefits of daily workouts and how to maintain a less stressed life throughout different activities. He is one of the admin of Chandrima Runners.

He loves to run on various running track.

He has excellent pacing skill due to his experience earned from participation at various Ultra Run, Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K Category.

Besides he has done pacing is numerous prestigious events.
